How can I create custom fields for my contacts?

Custom fields allow you to capture more information about your contacts. Here's how to create them.


Steps to Create Custom Fields:

  1. Navigate to ‘Custom Fields’:

    • Go to Settings > Custom Fields.

  2. Add Custom Field:

    • Click Add New Custom Field and choose the field type (text, date, number, etc.).

  3. Name the Field:

    • Give the field a descriptive name and select the module where you want to use it (e.g., Contacts, Opportunities).

  4. Save Field:

    • Click Save to add the custom field to your system.
