An automatic reply helps ensure that clients receive immediate responses. Here’s how to set one up.
Steps to Set Up Auto-Reply:
Go to Email Settings:
In Settings, navigate to Email Settings.
Configure Auto-Reply:
Under the Autoresponders section, click Create New Autoresponder.
Set Message and Timing:
Enter the message you want to send and set the timing (immediate or delayed).
Save Autoresponder:
Save and enable the auto-reply feature.
